Short version: the form collects what you type, the site measures whether advertising works, and nothing is sold.
What this page covers
This policy describes what Theory Photographie collects through theoryphotographie.com and its inquiry form, why, and who else sees it. It does not cover photographs delivered to clients under a separate shooting agreement.
What the inquiry form collects
The names you enter, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and whatever you write in the message field. All of it is optional except a name, an email address and a message, and all of it is information you type yourself.
What is collected automatically
When you arrive from an advertisement or a link, the page records the campaign parameters in that link — Google Click Identifier and any utm values — along with the referring page and the page you landed on. These are held in your browser for the length of the visit and attached to an inquiry only if you send one. If an inquiry is submitted, the request also records the country your connection resolves to and your browser's user-agent string. No precise location is collected.
Who processes it
Inquiries are stored with Supabase and the confirmation email is sent through Resend. Cloudflare serves the site and runs the Turnstile check that keeps the form from being used by bots. Google Analytics and Google Ads receive usage and conversion measurement. Where conversion matching is enabled, your email address and phone number are hashed in your browser before being sent to Google, so Google does not receive them in readable form.
Cookies and consent
Analytics and advertising storage default to denied for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and nothing is written for those visitors unless consent is granted. Elsewhere, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to measure visits and conversions. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time without affecting the inquiry form.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation they started, and are deleted on request. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.
What is never done with it
Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone beyond the processors named above.
